BALBACUA is a beef stew dish. It is made with beef skin, oxtail, and some spices cooked for several hours or till tender. This dish is originated from Visayan Regions of the Visayas and Mindanao islands, each province has its own twist in cooking this dish. It is typically served with white rice, misua or miki noodles.

Pre boiled Beef skin( sliced)
Oil
Garlic
Onion
Ginger
Beef skin
Water
Beef cube
Tongkoy(sibot)chinese mixed herbs
Atsuete powder or annato powder
Tanglad or lemon grass
Seasoning(ginisa mix)
Salt and pepper
Red bell pepper(atsal)
Hot chilli(optional)
Spring onions
